    Oooh yea! for some reason 360 did not come to my mind when attempting this question

    What I did is that I considered that an angle of 90 will account for 0.25, then an angle x will account for 0.15

    so x = (0.15/0.25)*90 = (3/5)*90 = 54

      Yes, that works as well because this is a proportion problem.
