    How did you get 2 into square of 2x in the right hand side but not the left hand side while squaring on both sides.

      I am not sure if I completely grasp your question. I am assuming you are referring to the squaring step. On the left side we have the term $\sqrt{3-2x}$, which on squaring yields $3-2x$, and there are no radical terms on the left side. I am not sure if this answers your question.
