While taking the net change, why was the negative sign from the odd category not considered?
For example, when you consider 3.1, it is rounded off to 3, so the change in all 20 numbers = – 0.1 *20 = -2. Why was only the magnitude considered here, and not the sign? When the net change was calculated, why was it 8-2 and not 8- (-2)?
